Yes, according to the Distance Selling Regulations, you have 14 days to cancel your purchase after receiving the item. To exercise the right of cancellation, please notify us at retur@varnamoofsweden.se. Special-order or custom-made products cannot be returned as they are made to order.

Yes, as a consumer, you have a three-year warranty right. If you discover a defect in a product you have just received, you have 2 months to invoke the warranty, which is considered a reasonable time.
