Purchase Conditions
Delivery Terms
- We always send your delivery as quickly as possible. Many of our items are in stock and can be delivered within a few days, while other items are made-to-order and therefore take a little longer to produce.
- If we are unable to deliver within the agreed time, you will be informed immediately about the reason for the delay and given a new delivery date. You then have the right to cancel the purchase at no cost.
- When ordering items with different delivery times, we will deliver these to you at one time if the difference in delivery time does not exceed 4 weeks. Otherwise, we will cover the cost of a partial delivery.
- Your order is shipped with PostNord Mypack and will be available at the nearest delivery point to your shipping address.
- Orders exceeding 1,000 SEK are delivered free of charge within Sweden. For orders under 1,000 SEK, a shipping fee of 79 SEK is charged.
- Unclaimed packages are charged 300 SEK to cover shipping, return shipping, and handling.

Borrowing costs money!
If you cannot repay your debt on time, you risk a default notice. This can lead to difficulties in renting a home, signing up for subscriptions and getting new loans.

Payment
Payment can be made by card or invoice.
Card Payment:
- We cooperate with Klarna.
- We do not have access to your card or account number and therefore cannot register or store your card details.
- When paying, you enter your card number, the card's validity period, and the CVC/CVV code.
- You must be 18 years old to shop.
- The money is reserved from your account immediately when you place your order but is only drawn when we send your delivery. If the card payment is not approved, your order will be cancelled.
- All card processing is encrypted (SSL) by our PCI-DSS certified security partner Klarna, so that unauthorized individuals cannot view your card details. Klarna also applies 3D-secure for card payments.
Invoice, try first, pay later.
- In cooperation with Klarna, we offer invoice payment.
- You must be 18 years old to shop.
- We do not charge any invoice fee.
- The payment term is 14 days from the date of delivery.

Account - when you want to split the payment.
- You can choose to split your purchase into up to 24 months. After a signed installment agreement, the first invoice will be next month. The minimum amount to pay per month is 50 SEK. Read more about Klarna account here: Klarna account. Complete account terms are available here: Terms.
Right of Withdrawal
- For purchases in our online store, the Distance Selling Act applies. This means that you as a customer have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days after receiving the item.
- The item must be in the same good condition as when you received it, i.e., unused and undamaged.
- Original packaging and packaging must be saved and accompany the item.
- Pack the item(s) well to avoid damage during transport. Always mark with your name and order number. Send the return to us as soon as possible, so we can handle your return quickly. Once we have received the return, we check the items. Upon an approved return, we refund the entire amount of the return via Klarna. For returns of the entire order, the full amount including shipping cost is refunded. For partial returns, the shipping cost is not refunded. However, the customer always pays the cost of the return shipping (125 kr) to our warehouse. Note that return shipping is paid for by the customer. The return cost is 125 kr. If you return parts of an order, neither the original shipping cost nor the return shipping will be compensated. The item should be returned to "Värnamo Sängkläder AB, Bangårdsgatan 107, 331 35 Värnamo" within 14 days from the date the notice of exercising the right of withdrawal was given to Värnamo Sängkläder. The refund will occur within 14 days after the consumer has notified their wish to cancel the purchase, provided that the returned items have arrived back at our warehouse or that we have received proof that the return has been sent.

- Please note that custom-ordered products cannot be returned. These are manufactured to order.

Complaints
- As a consumer, you have a three-year warranty period, and we wish you to contact us if you find a discrepancy in your item within two months after receiving the order, which is considered within a reasonable time. Please describe the problem by contacting us via email, retur@varnamoofsweden.se. We will then send you a return authorization number that you provide at the PostNord delivery point. A shipping label is printed at the delivery point. Of course, we cover the cost of the return shipping. Once we approve the complaint, we will as soon as possible send you a new item at no cost. If the item has been discontinued from our assortment, we pay the item value and any shipping cost to your account.
- In the event of a complaint, we pay out your money within 14 days.
- A complaint cannot be made if the item has evidently not been used or cared for as intended, or what can be described in everyday language as normal wear and tear.
- In the event of disputes, we follow the recommendations of the National Board for Consumer Complaints.

Terms in case of transport damage
- All shipments sent from Varnamo of Sweden are insured by Värnamo Sängkläder AB. If you discover damage to the package when you collect it, you should report it directly at the delivery point. If you discover it at home before you open it, you should contact customer service immediately. Transport damaged goods are replaced free of charge by Varnamo of Sweden.
